Hardware design & Circuit Board Design

The PCB layout and design has a major impact on the way in which a circuit work, and therefore if the printed circuit board is designed in an effective way, then the circuit will perform more reliably and within its specification. Using layout software, the PCB design process combines component placement and routing to define electrical connectivity on a manufactured circuit board.

Electronic Product design

Product design consists in imagining and creating objects meant for mass production. The definition encompasses the physical aspects as well as the functionalities products should possess. The board and electrical components are built internally or by a supplier. The completed PCBA is subjected to various tests, based on test plans specified in the Functional Specifications, which may require proving the design concept is feasible and that the PCBA samples are functional.

Mechanical design

Mechanical Design consists of drawing industrial design sketches, creating the 3D Model and the corresponding 2D drawings. A peer design review may be held prior to submitting the design for cross-functional review. Mechanical prototypes such as models, SLA, machined parts, etc. are created internally or externally as applicable for concept visualization.
